Chain conveyors are used for horizontal/incline handling of bulk materials like coal, briquette, rice husk, pellets, bottom & fly ash according to system requirements. The conveyor chains are made from high tensile strength steel & forged link.
Chain conveyors are used to handle a variety of bulk materials as mentioned above. These materials are fed at the tail end, and with the sprocket pulley drive, the lower chain moves it forward to the discharge side. Generally, the bottom-side chain is called the carrying side and the upper-side chain is called the return side. Drag chains carry the material along the entire depth of conveyors on special UHMWPE liners (safety for casing parent material) at an equal discharge rate, and thus most of the material is gently carried from another layer of material.
Rugved Con-Tech Solution can provide zero speed switch to supplied equipment for safe operation as per requirement.
Chain conveyors are widely used conveying equipment consisting of various components like conveying chain running on steel sprockets complete with shafts supported from bearings mounted on a steel structure. Conveyor chain is selected to provide maximum strength while possessing superior abrasion-resistant characteristics. Heat-treated round link chain possesses maximum tensile and lateral strength and shock load resistance. Wear-resistant characteristics provide low wear rates while maintaining constant strength levels. Custom chain designs are available for special high-temperature and corrosive environments.
