Vibrating Screen is a mechanical instrument that uses vibrating panel screens to separate material as per particle size. They are used for screening, sifting, classifying, and grading oversize or undersize bulk material into different particle sizes.

Vibrating Screens rely on double-rotation vibration generated by the vibrator. The screen's upper surface vibrates in a plane, while the lower screen surface vibrates in a cone surface. They are mainly used to classify the material by different particle sizes. Vibrating Screens come with single deck, double deck, and multi-deck classifying options as per the system requirement.

Gyro Screen is the circular screen operating with a vibratory motor, impacting vibration in multiple directions to the screen assembly. Gyratory motion is effectively used for screening of boiler, furnace bed ash. The material fed on the screen travels above the screen or passes through the screen wire mesh or perforated sheet depending upon its particle size and nature.
